Caroline has always been extremely helpful, always cheerful and polite and most recently even volunteered to open the office on a Sunday. Above and beyond. Give the woman a raise! Gabe is also super. He was fantastic as I prepared to move out after 10 years with them

This company raises rents significantly, regularly, and rapidly. My rent went from $104 to $204 in a year. Meanwhile, the CEO makes over $12,000,000/ year. Predatory

Clean, secure facility and extremely helpful staff BUT, my monthly rate DOUBLED when I went to renew. It was explained that they (corporate office) "follow market trends as they determine future pring." I wonder how the Attorney General's Office for Consumer Protection would view this rate increase in pricing. Read the fine print folks and check around with other providers and request a spreadsheet showing their rate increases over the past 2 years.
