I have a storage space in the Albany Extra Space Storage facility now. I was looking to downsize my unit. Shazam who was on duty at the time looked through the inventory of spaces and couldn't come up with one. I guess this is a busy time because of school breaks. He was however, able to help me out with my rate to allow me to stay until some units open up. The approval came in just a couple of hours after he put things in motion. Thank Shazam! Paul C.
