He showed me the space so that I was reassured that it was more than enough space for my things. I appreciate it. Had a wonderful experience getting my unit today with Shazam! He was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. Definitely need more people like him working in customer service. He answered all the questions I had and was available to further explain when I was confused. The building itself definitely needs an upgrade! However the prices are better than U-Haul.
