This place its a scam, they offer a very nice price at the beginning, and then price goes up, but extremely vey high up to 100%, when customers complain about the hike price, they usually said, that was a website offer, was a promotional offer, its was on the lease you don’t read the lease, whatever but they don’t solve the issue, so basically its a real scam called Bait and Switch thats why they insist a lot to leave a nice review on how nice and smooth the employee help to rent a unit at the beginning Brandon knows, Rosie know all employees know, they may try to reduce the price, and the excuses its I have to send to the corporate or higher rank employe and they may approved or not, takes up to 3 days, full of lies, no one manages this business even if there is a Manager, don’t know how to manage a business, everybody do whatever they want, when you ask for help they rude and yelling, open 10 minutes late, customers waiting to open, employees in a rush to open, park he’s car on the side walk every single day, on pedestrian sidewalk on front of the store, close early at 6.30 you can’t get inside the unit, because your code do not work at 6.45 every body has to be out at 7 they leave, real hour store its 8.10-6.30 that should be posted at door, and also posted a big sign on the front of the store, Price goes 100% up after 3 months. You insist on leaving a review at the beginning but here its your review and don’t hesitate in responding because I leave the unit and won’t recommend anybody.

Waiting for Memorial day 50%, and this fraudulent advertising when I get to the store only to find out that the 50 % off it’s only for the lockers, make me drive 20 mins with this expensive gasoline price that’s why 0 star, this is a joke, floor it’s very slippery when rain and today was raining, just walk away, quietly and fast.

My experience with ExtraSpace was great. I needed to upgrade my unit and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I also like the fact that access is only available during the business hours which provide a great safety for me.
