If I could give ZERO STARS I would. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional and I was left disgusted. Samantha was extremely rude and made me feel pressured into purchasing insurance instead of simply explaining my options and allowing me to make my own decision. I was told that I had to get insurance in order to rent here, but I know that is not true. Unfortunately, I have a unit at another location and was not given accurate information about my options. I also witnessed what appeared to be favoritism. One customer asked if they could throw something away in the dumpster and was told that the dumpster was for staff only. The customer was also told that they would be charged a hefty $300 fee if they left anything behind. Shortly afterward, another customer who appeared to be friends with Samantha came in and was allowed to throw numerous items into that same “staff only” dumpster. This made it seem as though certain customers were receiving special treatment. If there is a policy regarding the dumpster and abandoned items, it should be applied consistently to everyone. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was a strong smell of urine, with visible urine around the toilet and used toilet paper on the floor. The condition made it appear as though the bathroom had not been properly cleaned in who knows how long. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention. Overall, between the rude customer service, pressure to purchase insurance, apparent favoritism, and disgusting bathroom conditions, this was a very unpleasant experience. I will be looking into another storage company because this Extra Space location is horrific and left a bad taste. I will NOT recommend this location. Management seriously needs to address the customer service, cleanliness, and inconsistent enforcement of policies.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The lockers I rent are only on the upper level above the storage units, so storing heavy stuff can be a little tricky, as you need to lift things using gangway stairs. The facility is clean and well maintained. The price is great.
