Great service, Grace was very helpful, super informative and patient with me. I had originally reserved a 5x5x4 and when I told her what I needed to store she provided me with better options with better comfort for me as well. She took me around and showed me a couple of storage lockers to help me find the one that suits my needs best. Later when I came back to store my items she was super friendly and helpful seeing that there were no carts available she went out of her way to look for any that were left unused to help other clients who were waiting for them.

So far - GREAT! The rep in the corporate office in Kansas City could not have been any nicer and any more helpful. And, when I got to the location, the two women staff members on site were both delightful - professional, friendly and also very helpful. The space is clean, the parking is easy to access and the facility seems very safe. One suggestion - it could be more well lit in the storage areas.
