The new management of the building are wiping the place into shape looks better in these past 2 weeks that they have been there. Good luck guys keep at it.

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but my experience with the new manager, Eddy, has been extremely disappointing. During the three times I visited this week, he was consistently rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional toward customers. On top of that, he was openly smoking e-cigarettes/vaping inside the office and building, which is completely inappropriate for a business environment. I have noticed a few new faces working there recently, and they have actually been helpful. That is why it is even more disappointing and honestly disgusting to see the manager setting such a poor example with his behavior and attitude. Customer service has clearly gone downhill because of management, and it makes the entire place feel uncomfortable and poorly run. I hope upper management takes these concerns seriously because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. Thank you for your response. However, when I called the number provided, I was only connected to someone working in the Ave M office. I do not feel comfortable having this issue handled internally at that location, as my complaint directly involves the management there. If possible, I would prefer to handle this matter through email communication instead. Please have a corporate representative or regional supervisor reach out to me by email regarding this complaint.

I visit Extra space storage on Dat 25 , As usual I have great experience. It is good place save and clean. Staff is very polite , Jay and his partner Eddy help me with charging my phone which I rely appreciate I rent my storage for about 11 months and I do t want to change
