I have been customer since 2021, Extra Space Storage has been the best experience for me and my Family. I have Personally been through hard times financially; This is because of courtesy phone calls to prevent me from being late, they have worked with me throughout the years ; And my unit and things have been protected and in great hands. I just received a call that after years as a loyal customer they lowered my Unit Rent. This was done by an amazing representative at Extra Space Storage yesterday; She noticed I have been there 5 years and requested to management a discount and it was approved. I received another courtesy call today and it was the great news. An amazing discount during these tough times.
