The facility is new-ish and clean. The woman who helped me when I rented was very nice. Unfortunately they love raising your rent prices way too much. Been here for 3 months and the are doubling my rent from approximately $110 to $220. That's ridiculous. Bait and Switch Tactics, Rent Gouging or Unconscionable Rent Increase comes to mind. They lure you in with a low price and as soon as possible hammer you with increases. You can keep your "extra space" and your $30 lock. I'm all for businesses making a profit but what happened in this last month to make my unit be worth twice as much now? The owners (not employees, they have been good) ought to be ashamed of themselves especially in the economic times we are currently living in. Don't tell me my increase is due to oil prices increasing or any other similar rationalization. I urge anyone thinking of moving in to Extra Space due to their low introductory offer reconsider and use a local storage facility with local owners and local business knowledge.

Unit was clean and the lady that manages the facility was always super friendly and helpful. Can’t ask for anything more when it comes to a storage unit. Good size road ways to maneuver, well at least good enough for a good driver.

We got shafted by a competitor of Extra Space Storage. It was 6pm on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, and we were desperate. Obviously no one was answering their phone. Extra Space Storage saved us a lot of time, and stress. Jada was a delight to deal with. She was able to get us into a locker only a short distance from the company that failed us. The locker was clean, the lock brand new. The site is also clean, and gated with electronic code access. Because we were late I did not see anyone on site, but inside the office the video monitors were visible, so I know there is security footage being monitored. We're so glad, Extra Space saved us.
