The facility and manager are great, but they jacked the price up for a 5x5 unit from about $50 a month to $129 a month in 13 months. I prepaid the first 6 months to price lock, after that it was raised to $77 then $129 for December. I feel this is taking advantage of the customer. They are counting on you to be established in the unit making it a pain to move out. Although I was offered a discount to stay, I declined because I don’t trust them.
