a package addressed to me was confirmed as received by your staff. However, upon retrieving the item, I discovered that the contents had been tampered with and switched for an item I did not order. This was a high-value purchase, and the swap clearly indicates intentional mishandling by someone with access to the delivery area. Because this constitutes theft and mail/package tampering, I am taking the following immediate steps: 1. **Police Report:** I am in the process of filing a formal report with the local authorities. 2. **Request for Footage:** I am requesting that management immediately pull and preserve all security camera footage from the delivery area and office for the timeframe of 3. **Internal Investigation:** I expect a full internal review of which employees were on duty and handled the deliveries during this window. I have spent a significant amount of money on these items and I do not take this breach of security lightly. I would prefer to resolve this through your insurance or internal recovery processes, but I am fully prepared to let the authorities handle the investigation to identify the individual
