?????????? We had a fantastic experience today at Life Storage in Glen Head. As a moving company, we often work with different storage facilities, and this location truly stands out. Joe and Jeff, the service managers, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They offered us drinks, made us feel welcome, and the entire facility was spotless, secure, and climate-controlled—perfect for storing our customer’s belongings. We rented a 10x20 unit for our client, and the price was very reasonable. The customer was very happy, and so were we. Whether you’re moving or just need extra space, we highly recommend this location. Be sure to ask for Joe—he’s the best!

Joe received my call as I was researching who could have sent me an unrequested package with their company's return address. Joe told me there is an active SCAM being used against Online Purchasers, and recommended contacting my Cardmember Services agent to cancel my card. I agreed with Joe and I am grateful for his help.
