It has been such a smooth process from picking a unit and move in! From the moment I walked in, everyone has been welcoming and easy to work with. Nick has been amazing and is so patient. I needed to change my unit size the same day I was moving in and he handled it right away with no issues at all. He makes the whole process feel easy and takes the time to make sure I have exactly what I need. I never feel rushed or like a bother, which really means a lot. The facility itself is beautiful, new and very clean. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything well maintained. Overall, this has been such a smooth experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for storage.

First time renting a storage unit and my entire experience was pleasant and simple. First I went to the location for information and all of my questions were answered, I was given a tour of the different units snd pricing was explained. I returned a few days later when I was ready to rent and before I signed the agreement everything I needed to know about how the storage process works was explained to me in detail along with sharing valuable information and helpful tips. After I signed my agreement I realized that I had made an error when selecting the size of my unit and the next day the manager, Nick, was able to correct my error and transfer me to a new unit with no problem. Nick was very friendly, helpful and willing to fix my error and I left happy! Excellent service from all 3 employees I dealt with. Very clean facility with easy access and plenty of parking. Secure building with climate controlled units to protect your belongings. I highly recommend this location, my experience was 5 stars!
