I think Nick was great he gets the 5 stars but they keep raising the price and honestly this has made me very unhappy with Extra Space Storage as a company. The price has gone up multiple times the only.reason I didn't cancel was because Nick called and tried to assist me and that meant the world to me hr is amazing and so helpful! He gets the 5 stars always but the company needs some work!
