Extra Space Storage has exceeded all of my needs. I requested a climate controlled unit in a safe and secure building. After making arrangements through ES national, I was contacted by Jeff who manages the property locally. Once he understood my needs, he went above and beyond to accommodate. He is both knowledgeable and very professional. Having Jeff on sight, as well as the security features at Extra Space, gives me peace of mind. He gets five stars! The reason for four stars is due to pricing transparency, which has nothing to do with Jeff. There are additional unexpected fees charged during the booking process, which increases the cost significantly.

When my mother died we needed to put her apartment in heated storage until we could deal with it. Someplace close by. Jeff the manager was great to deal with.
