My partner and I visited the storage facility on Monday, and Mamadee was extremely nice and helpful, walking us through every detail. We returned today to secure our unit, and Eddy was just as great he helped us get everything set up and clearly explained how everything works. The property is also very well kept clean and neat which made us feel even more comfortable choosing this location. Thank you both for such excellent service!

Absolutely horrible place is filthy can never get a hold of the manager I never even moved in cuz I couldn't find the place since it isn't properly labeled either The signage all says public storage. So they've been stealing money from my account for months now since January and refuse to refund it even though I was never able to move in. CubeSmart in Mount Vernon is a completely different animal and way cleaner highly recommend them. PS now the manager has found my personal business account and has been calling me repeatedly and attacking me personally. Be careful letting this man have your personal information.
