At the office the staff are very nice,they greet u with a smile,but I have a problem with the raising of the storage price,I have a 5×10 for just 1 year and couple months and it has been three times now,that my storage price went up,from $145 to $247 and late fee is not included, this is so unfear¹for March I pay$213,April $$226,late fee included,May it's $247 and late fee is not include,the owners need to have a heart,is that what u do when u want customer to give up the storage?The facility is very clean i agree,workers are very nice,I agree,but the owners need to do better.
