We’ve been part of the Extra Space Storage family in New Rochelle for the past two years, and we’ve had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the facility is clean, safe, and conveniently located for us. We’ve worked primarily with Emily J., the Assistant Store Manager, and she has always been engaging, helpful, and easy to work with. She really makes the experience a positive one.
