This is the third Extra Space Storage location I’ve used for business inventory and personal belongings, and while my experiences with Extra Space have generally been very good, this New Rochelle location is truly exceptional. I currently have three storage units here, and I especially want to recognize Emily, the store manager, and her staff. The facility is immaculate. Every hallway, common area, and floor I’ve seen is spotless, well-lit, organized, and clearly very well cared for. What really distinguishes this location, though, is the people. Emily and her team are professional, exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and consistently willing to help. They greet you with a smile, treat customers with genuine respect, and somehow make a storage facility feel welcoming. When you spend as much time accessing business inventory as I do, that makes an enormous difference. It’s clear that Emily takes real pride in running this property, and it shows in both the facility and her team. I’m genuinely grateful to have storage here and highly recommend this location.
