I rented Unit 5003 back in late May 2026 at a rate of $36/month, paying 4 months upfront in good faith. Exactly 4 months later, I received an email stating that my rate is increasing to $65/month starting September 27th an 80% price hike! ?While I understand introductory rates change, doubling the price after just 4 months feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to trap customers once their items are inside the unit. Be very careful with their initial pricing, as it will rapidly jump to unreasonable amounts almost immediately. Very disappointed with this pricing strategy. I'm leaving there immediately.
