Eric is a Gem! He made the initial process of renting the unit go so quickly and smooth! I was in & out of there in 5 min. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Great customer service drives where I want to do business these days! The move out process also went smooth without any issues!

On move out day the door to storage wouldn't open, had to call the help desk to get help accessing the premises, other than that the price increase was over 30 a month unexpectedly. The climate control was good.

Incredibly great experience from the time I called and set up my storage account and at the office. Eric was very accommodating and took the time to explain some of the smaller details. He also moved my storage space closer to the door which was a much appreciated gesture. It’s a clean and safe space. Monitored very well. Would definitely recommend!!
