Fred was extraordinarily helpful! Not only was he kind, but he stepped up to help me get situated at the storage garage and helped me make sure my car and all my boxes fit. Even when my car couldn’t get into the first unit I had selected, he found a solution to get me the right unit with space to get everything properly packed and situated. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I had all I needed for storage. When I called on the phone to reserve my unit, the phone operator (I believe Christian) was also extremely helpful, answering questions and setting it up so I was ready to go once I arrived. Overall, the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Big thanks to Fred and Christian!!
