All in all it was easy to sign-up, Ms Kate was great, the unit was clean, I pay 4 months in advance. Happy Happy. Then things got a little funny. I’ve used this location before, recommended it to friends who then had a long term rental etc. New owner now apparently. The greedy computer AI enrolls me in ‘Autopay’ next day, on someone else's credit card !!! (I never use that crap for anything) & informs me that to gain access in the near future I will need to get yet another of those damn infernal apps on the even more infernal damn sillyphone. Yikes.

Great folks to work with. When I walked in the door, I knew nothing about renting a storage unit. Johna was patient and took the time to explain the whole rental process to me. Security was a big concern of mine. Knowing my “stuff” is safe and secure is a huge relief. Convenient to be able to buy boxes on site.
