It was a terrible decision to choose this storage facility. The rates went up every few months. My son stored his apartment items here when he joined the Marines. It started off around $77. In the less than 3 years it was stored, he was paying $180. I tried calling the office and was told the rate hikes were sent automatically and nothing could be done. I feel this is an extremely egregious amount of money. They wouldn’t even give him the military discount because he could not come up from North Carolina to be here in person. I will never use this storage facility again. I do not recommend it to anyone either.
