Warning! They will give you a reasonable rate online or when you are first moving in then they'll wait 3 months or so and jack up your price by close to 50%. I believe they hope you are already moved in and wouldn't want to move your stuff again when they raise the rates on you. They hide behind the excuse that is what "the current market rate" is but I guarantee those prices would never come down if the "current market rate" became less than what they are charging. Tons of variables in running a storage facility eh? Wonder what the execs of the company's salaries are... Oh and there are quite a bit of homeless around the facility. And it's easy to tell it's where some people are living. Everytime I point it out I get met with indifference. Which tells me they are straight up allowing it on their premises.

Very pleased with the service Erin provided from the office, very friendly and helpful. We use a lot of storage units for our business and she assisted with providing a key tag for the key to not get confused with the other keys. Thanks again Erin!
