I currently have three units rented, this morning I needed help but wasn't able to find proper assistance at the facility. So I drove to a different location to ask for customer service information, however the employee, Tuuli, said she'd be more than happy to resolve my issues. She was very friendly, patient and thorough. Even though my units are not at her location. Excellent customer service.

don't fall for their pricing, they will end up tripling what you pay for your unit over time- once you've moved all of your stuff into a unit and it would be too inconvenient or impossible to move it out into a different storage facility. started with a rate of $70 in november 2025, after a few months it has increased to $109 in january 2026, and now they are upping the rate again (for the same unit our stuff has been in for less than a year) to $189 in july 2026. we were assured by the person we spoke to initially that the initial rate given is what we would be paying "for the rest of the year"- i guess they meant for 2025 (nice white lie for sales sake). but now it has almost tripled over 9 months- we are taking our stuff out of our unit before the next price increase a month from now.
