Acey is very courteous, knowledgable, professional, and helpful with the entire process. Chris is the manager and he was very helpful as well. The facility is clean, which was most important to me. ****update**** If I could leave another review, I would. Ended up not needing the storage unit and the guys at this location were able to help me out yet again. Just wanted to thank Keith for his kindness and professionalism…. And Acey again for being so wonderful as well.

Keith provided THEE most amazing customer service. My husband and I came into the Monroe rd location to check on our existing unit and inquire about possibly downsizing. Keith asked us questions that lead to him being able to suggest rates that were economical for our family. Mr. Keith Was very friendly & Knowledgeable about the rates of each unit. I’ve used extra space storage for many years now, and I’ve had storage units of various sizes. The facility is always clean, dry, and available when I needed it. The staff is understanding and they are willing to work with you, And the other customers, I interacted with were always friendly and helpful and they needed to be.

Extra Space Storage has treated me like family. Chris is the best... But not only him the complete staff has provided me with empathy, the utmost respect and understanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know who needed extra storage. They have earned A+ rating from me. The Storage spaces are clean, well lit and affordable.
