I recently visited an Extra Space Storage on Orchard Lake Drive in Charlotte NC to gather some information before renting a unit, and I was extremely impressed with the level of service. Keith, the manager on-site was incredibly informative, walking me through the different unit sizes and helping me choose the one that will suit my needs best. He also explained the insurance coverage I’d need, ensuring I'd feel prepared when for when I rent in the next couple of months. The whole experience has given me great confidence.
