The issues with this place will never make any deal they offer worth it unless you can find a unit on the bottom floor. The elevators were shut down every Sunday without fail and would frequently break on the other days of the week. The bathrooms on site are always locked, they shut the office down early more than once, they shut the water off to water fountains in the building every day well before their 10pm closing time. When we called to file complaints about the issues with the building they would also tell us it was our problem for not doing something right, that call back only came after the 5 call and voice-mail left. The staff on site were a mix of trying to be helpful and just rude with a very unprofessional demeanor. After all the issues I have experienced there I would promise to anyone that renting a storage unit in hell from Satan would be a easier fare than dealing with this location.

I'm leaving a one star review and will update if I get a resolution. I rent a 2nd level space at this location and have been unable to access the unit on 3 occasions. Trying to get assistance through the customer service line is pointless. The folks in office have been nice but have no authority to do anything to make this right. I've been referred to the District Manager, Dean Henderson. I have called him 5 tines since Nov 28 and he will not return my call. If he makes it right, I'll update my review

RAISES RENT ALL THE TIME! Don't get used to the first rate they give you. You are not locked into that rate. That'll last about 2 months. Then they'll raise the rent every other month. Don't like it? Move all your stuff to another storage company. There's no way to lock in a price. They pulled all the carpet a month ago and left all the razor blades on the ground. Nice. I guess don't bring your kids into the facility. See pictures. This is only a few around my unit. They're everywhere. Really anywhere has to be better than than this place.
