I have had a great experience with Extra Space...I have to mention Norman at the Summerville/Orangeburg Rd location...he is the absolute best...I found myself in a bind...I had a major delivery coming from NY..because of the failures of another storage company...I started making calls to nearby storage companies...well that one and only call was to Extra Storage and Norman....I explained my situation to him...his response was "no worries"...30 mins later I was standing inside my storage unit...that was just over 2 yrs ago....I recently moved to Charlotte...so when I moved my things ..I used Extra Storage here in Charlotte/ Wallace Ln....I got a place a little before Christmas..so now I'm no longer in need of storage.....but going forward...if the need should ever arise...I will definitely use Extra Storage...they are priced right and well maintained...I highly recommend both locations!!

Loved working with Bianca at the Wallace Ln location. I was a bit frustrated that the 10x10 was actually 2 5x10s. (Company should not misrepresent that by the way) She took care of everything, from finding me an appropriate unit at another location to calling Keith so he could be ready to processing a refund for her location. AND she was such a pleasure to deal with. So nice. She’s an absolute asset to your company!

Went here for a tour of the place and a wonderful lady named Bianca helped me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with everything I asked about. I went ahead and rented a unit and she seemed very on top of things. Definitely liked the place and the prices are great too but, most of all, I really appreciated the customer service that was provided to me. Definitely recommend!
