My family & I have been renting units at this location for almost 10 years now. It has always been a seamless, stress free environment amidst the many moves I’ve had. The backbone behind this business is beyond a doubt their manager. Bassey is an incredible human. His work ethic, personality, & every encounter leaves people better than he found them. Exceptional Service and Support for Our Nonprofit! The service we received from Bassey Edem, the store manager, was truly exceptional. When we needed to transfer our unit to a different size, Bassey went above and beyond to work with our nonprofit organization and ensure a seamless move. His understanding of our unique needs kept our company happy and our operations running smoothly. Bassey is extremely knowledgeable and was incredibly helpful in getting us set up, even providing a tour and making sure we had everything our organization required. The entire facility is clean, the storage spaces are excellent, and the overall service is top-tier. We couldn't be happier! Five stars all around! I came in need of a storage unit, right when it was close to closing time. The gentleman that was there was very professional and kind. He was able to assist me in what I needed. I really appreciate him taking the time to do so. I can’t remember his name but he was an older man that went over and beyond to take care of me.
