Loved this place until I found a roach crawling on my brand new luggage baggage have to spend money to buy roach bait if I see another roach I’m getting my belongings out of this place the front desk agent was nice prompt about handling the issue leave my key and have the pest control spray also gave me spray to use I will also have to purchase bait to put In my unit this place is to nice to have roaches on my belongings very disappointed dead roaches In the hallways and have seen 3 roaches in the unit needs to call a professional to spray and keep the hallways swept so customers don’t have to see live and dead roaches crawling around every Sunday a Sunday a roach crawling around they have people living in the unit and also trash overflowing out the dumpster out back with people living in the woods who also live in the storage unit hanging out around and inside the building at night and through out the day I believe this is where the roaches are come from I am canceling my payments asap and getting my shit out of here I’m all for people living how they have to live but the roaches is a no no for me
