What a great experience!! I booked a new storage unit online with ease, received directions right away on how to access the unit and the best part was the customer service that I received on my first trip to the unit. I was met by Tre, who so kindly offered to show me around even though it was much earlier than the office even opened. He explained everything and offered to help with whatever I needed. What a gem.
