Tim provided outstanding customer service for me today, in handling a unique experience. My phone accidentally fell into my neighbors storage unit, and within a short time he had contacted the other unit owner, received access permission, retrieved my phone & had their unit secured back. Very professional and understanding of my circumstance, while also ensuring the safety & privacy of the other unit - I would absolutely count on Tim to provide tremendous customer service, no matter the situation.
