This is the best storage facility in Southside of Charlotte and I’m sure the other facilities are excellent as well! Extremely clean and the Assistant Store Manager at 11116 Providence Rd Tri Luong is amazing deal with. Extremely nice to my mom. Thank you so much for everything.

I called to make my payment and Tri was super friendly and very professional. He resolved my issue even better than I expected. (I called the Providence Rd location.) because Monroe Rd location where my storage actually is, is not the same experience that I always have when I call this location. Kim at the Providence Road location is always professional with me too.
