The storage space / property is nothing better or worse than other storage facilities. What sets this particular location apart from the plentiful other options out there is the staff. They do a great job keeping the space clean, yes, but Jeanne in the office deserves more than 5 stars. She cares a lot about her customers and goes out of her way to help. I've used Life Storage before in other locations and other states, and the difference that a caring staff makes is very noticeable. I probably would have looked elsewhere if not for her. Glad to feel like a company can still care about their customers!
