Excellent customer service at this location!! I was scrambling to vacate my unit before the 1st and Jeanne was very gracious in holding my last few items a day late and even refunding the months rent without my having to even ask! Highly recommended extra storage location ????

She also was honest about whatever information she needed to obtain at the time and got back to me with a solution in a professional and timely manner. As a customer at this location for a very long time, I have experienced nothing but professionalism mixed with cordial respect and downright friendliness from Jeanne. I have helped my parents with storage facility issues in another state, and the quality of service is not even close (i.e., poor and distant treatment there) to my experience here.
