Jeanne Dabney, manager of the Extra Storage facility on Cornwallis in Durham, NC helped me rent a mini storage today. She made this process so easy! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and she took all the time necessary to get my unit reserved and I was able to move in as soon as the paperwork was done. Mrs. Jeanne's attention is very nice, she is very friendly and it was my first time renting a storage and she was so kind in explaining to me in detail everything I had to do and how to do it, she always has a good attitude and a cute smile for customers, I feel happy to be an extra space storage customer????
