I rented a space here from 5/12 to 6/18. Before reserving, I called an agent to ask about pricing rules, and he told me I would only need to pay for the prorated days from 6/12 to 6/18 for the second month. Based on this, I chose this location over another storage company because the total cost was cheaper. I paid $237 for the full second month on 6/12, expecting a partial refund after moving out. However, when I moved out on 6/18, the site officer said they could not give me any refund. After I argued, they agreed to give me a $95 refund, which is far less than what I was promised. I am not satisfied with this outcome, because I would have chosen another storage company had I known this would happen. They do not stick to their word and deceived customers. Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
