She was thorough, professional and very helpful during the process. During college week move in Saturday 8/15/26 the elevators were not working, the office personnel was not friendly and kept avoiding everyone. A lot of people loading and unloading in the thunderstorm trying to get furniture inside the building but not into units due to down elevator and everyone crowding in the stairwell trying to move as much as they can also not enough rolling floor hand trucks. I left vm for corporate because website has no section for complaints. I got a call back from corporate and the person I spoke with said she was not allowed to give me her name. This was a very bad all day move in experience.
