So I just rented a storage unit at Extra Space with Ira. He was pleasantly professional and very knowledgeable about on their services and products. It started off with Cindy but it finished with him. I like dealing with customer service skills like that. It makes it so much easier to get things done. I meant to take a picture but unit was nice clean.
