I don't often leave reviews at all but had a great experience with the manager here. I called irritated about the rate increase on my unit after having used 2 different locations at extra space storage for the past 2-3 years. On the initial call the manager Candice (hope I'm spelling this right) was able to slightly lower my payment. I was irritated given there were rates online being offered at much lower prices $45 or so, I do understand these are promotions to bring in new customers and obviously they would adjust rates after a period on those. My question was what do we have for existing customers that have used the services for years, first call I was satisfied but still irritated. Candice took it on herself to reach out to someone further down the line and was able to get an additional 25 or 30 taken off the monthly rate. What was going to be an increase to $150 a month was lowered to $113 thanks to her diligence and looking out for the customer. Someone give this lady a raise because she has customer service right, she didn't have to further help me and she did. Thank you Candice and I'm happy to stay a customer now.

Amazing experience with the company. Called in to just to get unit availability and pricing and walked out today with keys to my 10x15 unit and couldn’t be anymore happy. The inventory manager and Kandus at the office were amazing. Unit was cleaned!! Already recommended to my friends.
