I’ll start by saying the staff here is incredibly kind and helpful, and the facilities are very nice and clean. However, I moved in January of this year and paid $26/month. In May there was a rate increase to $41/month. Just got an email there’s ANOTHER rate increase to $71/month. That’s almost triple what I signed up for - very much a bait and switch in just 10 months. I understand rate increases are normal, but $30 in one month ($45 total in ten months) is crazy business.
