She went above and beyond to help reduce my rates after a recent expected price hike. She was also proactive in having the door of the vehicle loading area repaired and was very quick about it. 10/10 experience. ??

I've been at the storage unit for 2 years now need I say it is one of if not the best storage unit I've been in for many reasons. Compared to where I was up the road at public storage which I've had many horrible experiences with that place don't even compare to hear! Since I've been here the rent has only gone up twice versus public storage they would increase your rent every 4 to 5 months and their prices were so much more than here at extra space Also the access to get into the storage itself is way easier with the big big garage doors the elevators that I have measured and are literally double the size of public storages which were like passenger elevators and at times we're broken down and not fixed for months. Also being able to pull into the garage Bay keeps reality elements which is a huge Plus Here at extra space they also offer many carts unlike public storage which only had two And the help that I have had over the time I've been there from McKenzie has just been amazing. Literally just yesterday I approached you about something and well shortly later I get a phone call in came up with an answer which she has done many times before. Always a nice hello welcome from her and well if I can do stuff for you let me know. Thank!! ????

I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for over 2 years now and honestly cannot say enough positive things about them. The facility is ALWAYS immaculately clean, incredibly well-maintained, and feels very safe and secure. There are cameras everywhere along with extra security precautions just to enter the building and even access the elevators, which gives me a huge peace of mind when storing my belongings there. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other storage facilities I looked into, but what truly stands out is the customer service. The office staff has always gone above and beyond anytime I’ve needed help. Everyone is friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cares about their customers. It’s rare these days to find a business that consistently delivers on cleanliness, security, affordability, AND customer service, but Extra Space Storage absolutely does. Highly recommend!
