After dealing with a competitor storage facility for the last 2 years and having the worst time - today was a breath of fresh air! I was able to walk in and talk to a human in person, sign up and have my new unit in under 20 minutes. Every question I had could be answered, I was able to see my unit before signing and I felt more valued as a customer in just minutes here in stark contrast to the last 2 years renting from Public Storage. Highly recommend this location! ??????????
