I haven't started my use of the unit just yet but I will say that the customer service with this location was wonderful. The lady I spoke to at Extra Space Storage was very straight forward about everything. She answered all my questions with ease. She made the process of renting out the unit unstressful and easy. I will try to update my review in a few months when I finish my rental.

Clean, easily accessible. They try and raise my rental rate by an absurd amount every few months but the management never fails to help. I have peace of mind with my items being stored there.

I truly enjoy the storage facility and that it’s climate control, but the prices went up every single month. besides that, I truly enjoy my unit. It was a clean facility and I felt like my property was safe to store at Extra Space.

Jerry and Angel and all the staff at Extra Space Storage on Doie Cope Rd in Raleigh have been absolutely fantastic. So helpful and accommodating and really cared about doing things right. They took the time to go out of their way to help me as I was switching units from another ExtraSpace location and everything went smoothly. GREAT customer service and it is safe and clean. I have never had any issues with bugs or crittees (I have blue traps in my unit) - I highly recommend this place.
