Nice unit and overall nice space, not so nice customer service or convenience. When I came for the first day the manager of the store had an attitude when simply trying to figure out where to go. The next day I was charged a dumping fee for extra trash that I did not leave. The manager Courtney, firsts tells me I was there that morning and left trash when I haven’t been there any other time that day. When I got on the phone with her she then tells me someone else who used my code left trash and when that wasn’t the case either. I did leave one bag of trash which I understand and can pay the fee for. The problem for me is a manager who would lie about their customers so I simply won’t be back to support.
