Before a major move, I used ChatGPT to find a highly rated, climate controlled storage facility in Statesville. Extra Space Storage on Northside Drive stood out for its strong reviews, indoor units, heated loading area, carts, and security features. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The phone agent helped me reserve a ground floor unit near the entrance, which made unloading the moving truck much easier. When I arrived, my movers were already there, but the office appeared to be closed. Then I remembered the app. I opened it, entered my code, and we were in! The loading doors lifted, the movers drove inside, and we were able to get everything into the unit without a hitch. The facility is clean and comfortably climate controlled, and it has restrooms. I also appreciate being able to access my unit in the morning, afternoon, or late evening. The customer service and app have both been exceptional. I’m a very happy customer and glad to support this Statesville location.
