I have to give a huge shout out to Whitley! I ended up in a situation because of a lack of training with another company. Whitley spent 50 mins on the phone with me helping with the arrangements I needed to make. She stayed very friendly through the whole thing, even sharing some laughs & I was much calmer by the end!

Really good experience with this storage facility so far. The employees are always pleasant and helpful, the building and units are clean, I haven’t had any issues with bugs, and the area feels safe whenever I visit. They also helped me when my storage unit door got jammed. One thing I really appreciated is that they do regular lock checks. They contacted me when my unit wasn’t locked correctly. They even offered to replace the lock and secure the unit for me if I couldn’t make it there in time. I really appreciate how seriously they take security. Overall, solid customer service and a well-maintained facility!
