The manager is a very nice lady and will go out of her way to help u with anything she can and is very understanding and does a very good job of running the facility here but for the new management company that recently took over us a whole other story..They need to switch back to the 24 hour access that brought people here as nobody should be restricted to what hours they are allowed to have access to their personal belongings that they pay their hard earned money to store here especially when that was what brought alit of people to this storage facility that I have talked to here about this new change. It's a bad move on the new managements part in my opinion as nobody wants told when they can have access to their stuff. Some of us are business owners and do need access to are tools or equipment for late night jobs or emergency repairs and now will have to look elsewhere where for new storage units to accommodate our needs.. That was definitely a bad and poorly thought out change in something that was working smoothly prior to new management... And I feel the ones who did have units here before the change should be grandfathered in under the terms they originally rented under or they should let what was working stay in play until other wise proven it's a security issues or any other negative issue that puts anyone here at risk of something negative. They way I see it is id rather have people with access to opening the gate and any time of the day or night that rents here have that 24 hour access as it would I believe or prevent unwanted thefts as it's going to make more thieves feel more comfortable to Come brake in if they know their will be nobody here during certain ours and if they think of well we have cameras to prevent that please everyone knows they are going to be pointed Forward at the units and your walking up behind them all u have to do is take a can of spray paint and reach around them and spray paint the lense of each one and you have nothing on camera. So that's not a solution it's a joke.. Best bet go back to 24 hour access as it was before or I'm sure alot more people will be going elsewhere and that won't look good for the new managements decision on running when the old ways were working just fine.. over thinkers.. Go back to the old management company that knew what people wanted and needed and could run this facility right.

Ashley was the best at her job I really never quite run into such a person she even came down and help me with the lock I mean it was more than expected and I’m not sure but I think she deserves a raise my name is Jeff Cornell and I’ve had the unit only about three weeks but she did the best job ever thank you very much

Ashley and Jesse were very professional. They greeted me as soon I walked in and Jesse took her time to show me inside the unit before I can decide. Very nice people
