I used this for a few years and it was convenient, no issues with the actual service. At one point I had 2 units. The set up was quite fast, usually same or next day. I do wish there was a way to lock in a rate for a longer time, for 6-12 months at a time, if you prepay or something for example. The rates tend to increase from what it starts at.
