Customers service with Faith was awesome during rental and when I forgot my passcode! Rating is only for that excellence and not on the company’s. Would be 1 star or less if not for the ladies in the office due to rent price increasing rapidly from original sale price; I have 2 units and the smaller one that is older is now the same price as starting price for the 10x20 newer unit. If you can go with a mom and pop storage instead of corporations, do it.
