Faith was helpful in cutting my lock for me when i needed to move out of the unit and had lost my key. I enjoyed having my storage there but my new place has a garage now, it was always quiet, easily accessible, and good pricing.

Be aware! Extra Space Storage in Lebanon, Ohio quoted me at $82/month for a 10x15' unit. They never said anything to me about a rate increase. After my stuff got moved in, the price increased to $164/month. I am reporting them to the BBB. Do not rent a storage unit with this facility without being well aware the price will double after you're moved in. I would never rent a unit from them again. They said "it's in the lease that, depending on market trends, the rate could increase up to $190/month." There is no integrity in business anymore. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Also, be aware that the only units accessible by semi truck are in the middle of the property. If you have a unit on the outside perimeter and your stuff is being moved by semi-truck from your movers, you can incur added fees from your movers because a semi-truck can't access the outside of the property.
