Customer Service is great and the space is kept very clean. My only complaint is that the units are priced higher than they need to be.

Great customer service! It was real time follow up from the time I submitted request to making changes to the request. I appreciate Laura's professionalism and how she handled my move. After less than satisfactory experience with a national storage company, I am so glad my friend told me about Extra Space Storage.
