Excelent service I took a trip out of the country for a few months and when I returned I couldn't find the keys, but the team helped me change the locks without any problem. Excellent team and very good disposition!

We became customers of the Heisley Road location way back in 2004 when we moved from the area to Maui. We originally thought we would be back in a few years but that turned into 20 (yes, 20!) years! We now live in Southern California and made a trip home this week to finally clean out our unit. When we first arrived, we were kindly greeted by Rose who was very sweet. She was able to cut our lock off and was helpful in letting us use a broom and a duster. After taking inventory of what we had left behind so many years ago, we determined we would actually need more time to clean everything out. We came back a few days later and had the pleasure of working with Nicholas who was absolutely fantastic! He could sense how overwhelmed I was, especially with knowing we would have to continue paying for monthly storage. He suggested that if we could downsize, there was a smaller unit available which he showed us and it was perfect! My husband and I then spent a few hours reorganizing and moving units. Nicholas went over the new contract with my husband and explained everything in detail. And as much as I hate to continue paying for storage, it’s at a much better rate and meets our needs. We feel our items will be safe and secure until I can come back and finally go through everything. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Nicholas and Rose. The only recommendation I have, which has nothing to do with them, is to improve the call center at the national level. When I attempted to contact the facility I was tossed around through the system and was very frustrated. I was finally able to get through but it took several attempts. Thanks again to your wonderful employees for a positive experience. Looks like we will be Extra Space Storage customers for a little while longer!

Nicolas at the Mentor Heisley Road location in Mentor Ohio was fantastic and explained everything in great detail. Very professional and made the process seamless.

I am so glad they were here for me when I needed them. I stored my things now that I emptied it and I have moved on because I'm trying not to be a pack rat. I want to get rid of things so thank you for the help for the few years I was with you. I will pass your name on to others.
