I have been a customer at this storage facility for about three years, and unfortunately, my experience has significantly declined over time. When I first started renting my unit, I was paying $33 per month. Over the course of approximately three years, the price has increased to $108 per month. That is more than triple the original rate, which I find extremely difficult to justify. What made the situation even more disappointing was my experience when I tried to discuss the price increase with the manager. The way I was spoken to was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of having a professional conversation and addressing my concerns, I felt like I was being talked over and essentially given the attitude of, “If you don't like it, take your stuff and leave.” Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially customers who have been renting for years. I understand that businesses may adjust their prices, but there is a right way to communicate those changes with long-term customers. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility. The price increases and the way my concerns were handled have left me very disappointed.
