Brenda is helpful, I needed a larger storage, she helped me get into one right away. I had trouble getting into my storage, she showed me a few tricks to help me out. I love the 1st free month, rates are competitive. They had me at climate controlled environment for my beautiful furniture.

Went into the Broken Arrow, OK store to pay an out of state payment for another store. Josh was an excellent help. He showed professionalism and actually had an interest in helping me. Josh even followed up with a phone call on questions and concerns I had within a few minutes of me leaving the store. I absolutely will do business with Josh, this store and location again. Josh displayed how true customer service needs to be conducted within a business. A lot of businesses have forgot this. Thank you Josh!
